IFRW 41st IFRW Biennial Convention

Exciting times are ahead! 🎉 The Executive Committee is buzzing with energy as we gear up for the 41st Biennial Convention, set to take place on September 25-26 in beautiful Rexburg! 

To ensure you're all set for this fantastic event, here are a few important action items:

• Book Your Stay: Time to snag your room! We recommend the American Inn and Springhill Suites, both of which are fantastic choices. While we faced some hiccups securing a block of rooms, the good news is that both hotels have a great cancellation policy if you are ultimately unable to attend. So don’t wait—reserve your spot ASAP to secure the best accommodations! 🏨✨Other hotels in town: Hampton Inn and Suites, La Quinta Inn & Suites, Best Western Plus Cotton Tree Inn, and more. Most are just a few miles from the venue.

• Tentative Agenda: Keep your eyes peeled! We’ll be posting a tentative agenda by August 25. 

• Website Launch: Mark your calendars! Our website will go live on August 25. There, you can explore important documents, view the official Call to Meeting, register for the event, and—drumroll, please—shop for your exclusive IFRW bling! It’s time to wear your pride with style! 💎

•  Remember to Report Your Delegates: Report your delegates and alternates by sending a spreadsheet list to Darlene Simpson, dsimpsonifrwtreas@gmail.com.

•  Nominate Your Woman of the Year! It’s time to shine a spotlight on the incredible woman you want to honor! If you haven't done it yet, please send a photo and a tribute of 175 words or less to Pam Thier at pjt2450@gmail.com. Make sure to add "TRIBUTE TO WOMEN" in the subject line to ensure your entry doesn’t get lost in the virtual world! And, of course, don’t forget to include your club’s name! 😉 The deadline for submissions is August 15th. Please note that while we’d love to feature every nominee, we cannot guarantee that late submissions will make it into the printed program.
